Dilapidated single dwelling set over 4 levels but not fit for purpse. Planning permission applied for 2 units and then re-applied for 3 units, to maximise the value of the site. Full drawings, Design and Access statement and reports achieved the permission.
Design for a ground floor 1 bed unit, a first floor 1 bed unit and a second and third floor 2 bed unit.
Full construction drawings and on site management of the project and co-ordination with building control.
