Large project constructed by the client who is also an experienced builder. His specialism however is working on large projects in Central London, so we talked in detail about local regs and planning loopholes.
The permission gained was a huge increase in the footprint.
For the detailed drawings, we worked with the structural engineer to arrive at a buildable development which didn't remove anymore of the internal walls, than was necessary.
